Suraksha Group Wish Town is a large integrated residential township located across Sectors 128, 129, 131, 133 and 134 along the Noida Expressway. The project is being revived and developed under the leadership of Suraksha Group, which serves as the resolution applicant. Originally developed by Jaypee Infratech Limited, the township has already seen major construction progress. Around 7,913 flats across 84 towers have been completed. Occupancy Certificates have also been received for 42 towers covering 4,213 flats. Applications for OCs are pending for another 26 towers covering 2,229 flats. Structural audits have been completed for seven towers with 583 flats, while audits for nine more towers covering 888 flats are underway. The project has RERA approval, while details such as total land area, apartment sizes and possession date are yet to be announced.
The Suraksha Group Wish Town revival also focuses on improving essential infrastructure and community facilities. Ganga water supply has been extended across the Wish Town sectors to support residents. The electrical infrastructure has also been strengthened, with the GSS-I electrical load increased from 19.8 MVA to 35 MVA. Around 11 cluster clubs are expected to become operational by the end of the financial year, adding more recreational facilities for residents. The township will also include commercial development through Wish Point in Sector 134, which has secured RERA registration. With approximately 20,000 planned homes, completed residential towers, upgraded infrastructure and ongoing construction and audit work, the township is progressing toward becoming a large integrated residential community in Noida.
